You Never Know What to Expect with the LIzzie B Girls!

Studies have shown that laughter reduces stress, increases endorphins and brings focus away from negative emotions including anger and guilt. Some may say that quilting does the same thing. Why not combine quilting with a reminder to Laugh by creating the "Laugh a Good Laugh" wall hanging. Using embellishments of wool, buttons and embroidery, this quilt reminds us of what makes us happy. It also reminds us to Laugh.
